Job Description:
Pricing Manager: Salary - $120,000 to $145,000 depending on

directly with leadership to influence financial performance through
pricing strategy Tech-forward team using Power BI and Excel (no
Tableau or SQL) Collaborative, strategic environment with room to
grow Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage pricing strategies
for hourly professional services, including lawyers and consultants
Analyze the financial impact of pricing and rate decisions and
present insights to firm leadership Own the annual rate-setting
process and ensure pricing consistency across departments
Collaborate across teams to explain and advocate for pricing
strategy and its business impact Create clear, data-driven reports
and dashboards using Power BI and Excel Navigate internal approval
processes and tell the story behind pricing recommendations Provide
strategic pricing insights that directly support firm goals and
client satisfaction Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of pricing
experience in a professional services environment (legal,
accounting, consulting, architecture, etc.) Strong experience with
hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models Advanced Excel
and Power BI skills (required) Strategic thinker with strong
business acumen and attention to detail Comfortable presenting
financial data and pricing rationale to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree required; background in business, finance, or
economics preferred Salary and Benefits: Salary: $120,000 to
$145,000 depending on experience Benefits: Comprehensive package
