Our client, a fast-growing, entrepreneurial boutique commercial real estate investment company, is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to take on a critical role in the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property accounting, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience in Commercial Property Management and/or Real Estate Development Accounting . Proficiency with Appfolio or comparable property management software is preferred but not required. Strong computer skills , particularly in Microsoft Excel . Excellent analytical , financial , and data management skills. Strong collaborator and communicator, both written and verbal. Self-disciplined with good judgment and the ability to work independently. A multi-tasker who can drive results while maintaining positive working relationships. Proactive in problem-solving, taking on new projects, and designing better processes. Motivated and eager to learn and grow within the role and the organization.
