Responsibilities Lead consolidation and maintenance of financial
data across revenue, costs, and operating metrics Develop, manage,
and update detailed financial models-budgets, forecasts, and
rolling forecasts-using driver-based forecasting Analyze actual
performance vs. plan-highlight variances, interpret trends, and
deliver insights to senior leadership Prepare monthly, quarterly,
and annual management reports and presentations for executives
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic
decisions (investments, new initiatives, cost optimization) Partner
with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, IT, Operations) to
inform financial planning and ensure data alignment Drive process
improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency, accuracy, and
automation Aid with audit support and compliance, ensuring internal
controls and GAAP alignment What We're Looking For Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field-MBA or
CFA a plus 4-6 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related
accounting experience-preferably within tech or SaaS Advanced Excel
skills (modeling, pivot tables); experience with ERP and FP&A
tools-NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Sage Strong proficiency in
financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and
KPI development Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication (written verbal) skills-able to distill complex info
for varied audiences Collaborative mindset, detail orientation, and
ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
