Job Description:
Staff Accountant: Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to
support our manufacturing finance team. You'll handle financial
reporting, general ledger management, and cost accounting to ensure
accuracy and efficiency. This role reports directly to the
Controller and offers a great opportunity for mentorship! Key
Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries and assist in closing processes. Support
cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Process AP/AR transactions and assist with audits. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years
of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred). Advanced Excel
skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). The Staff Accountant role is fully
on site in Louisville, OH with a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000
