Job Description:
Accountant II/Purchasing: We are seeking a detail-oriented and
proactive Accountant II / Purchasing Specialist to support the
financial operations of our nonprofit organization. This dual-role
position is responsible for mid-level accounting functions and the
coordination of purchasing activities to ensure financial
integrity, compliance with organizational policies, and
cost-effective procurement. The ideal candidate is analytical,
organized, and passionate about contributing to a mission-driven
environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain general
ledger entries and reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly,
and year-end closings Process purchase orders and maintain accurate
procurement records Maintain vendor files and assist with payment
coordination Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting (required) Minimum of 2-3 years of professional
accounting experience; nonprofit experience preferred Experience
with purchasing or procurement processes The Accountant
II/Purchasing role is fully onsite in Tallmadge, OH with a salary
of $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. For immediate and
