What Youll Do: Review corporate, individual, partnership, and other tax returns prepared by associatesproviding both technical accuracy and coaching feedback. Lead and mentor staff on multiple projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Work directly with clientsmanaging engagements from start to finish and building strong relationships. Research and resolve complex tax matters; provide planning and consulting support. Develop staff through training, feedback, and structured delegation. Contribute to firm growth through client development, networking, and community involvement. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited college or university. Active CPA license. 57 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting. Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring staff. Strong written and oral communication abilities. A commitment to high standards, integrity, and teamwork.
