For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary Knowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trash Basic knowledge of electrical Basic knowledge of plumbing Basic Carpentry skills Basic drywall repair and painting of walls Must be 18 years of age or older Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available. A valid State Driver's License is required. Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools. Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks. Must possess organizational skills. Must be able to perform unsupervised.
