Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 5 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 5, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician 5 Location: 4641 Elizabeth Ave, Asheville, OH (On-site) Pay Rate: 40- 44/hr What's the Job? Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 10 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related fields. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
