Job Description:
The Estimator will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate
cost estimates for construction projects within the property
industry. This position is based in Roseville and involves working
closely with the construction department to ensure successful

Description Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for
various construction projects. Collaborate with project managers,
subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary project
information. Analyze project specifications and identify
cost-saving opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market
trends, materials, and labor costs. Review and evaluate
subcontractor bids for accuracy and alignment with project
requirements. Assist in preparing competitive bids and proposals
for new projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry
standards, and local regulations. Contribute to the development of

Profile A successful Estimator should have: Strong knowledge of
construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention
to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective
communication and teamwork abilities. A background in the property
industry and familiarity with construction methodologies. Relevant
educational qualifications in construction management, engineering,
or a related field. Job Offer Competitive salary range of
