Design-Build Estimator About the Company Well-established residential design-build firm Specializes in large-scale renovations and home additions Seeking an experienced Design-Build Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts Focus on accuracy, insight, and collaboration during the estimating process Known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship Responsibilities of the Design-Build Estimator Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from conceptual design through to final construction documents Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure budgets align with the design intent Identify cost-saving measures and value-engineering opportunities Clearly communicate estimates to both internal teams and clients Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools, systems, and processes Preferred Qualifications for the Design-Build Estimator Proven experience in residential construction estimating, particularly within a design-build environment Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software such as Sage Estimating, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written The Design-Build Estimator role is fully onsite in Wadsworth, OH with a salary range of $50,000 to $52,00 depending on experience.
