Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide support to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade at
a school located in Sterling Heights, MI. This onsite position
offers a consistent schedule with a workday of 7.33 hours, totaling
approximately 36.65 hours per week, and runs through June 6, 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language
assessments for students across K-12. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans to address speech and language
disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school
policies and state regulations. Participate in meetings and provide
consultation regarding student communication needs and
accommodations. Qualifications: Valid Michigan license with
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) endorsement preferred. Experience
working with children in school settings, preferably across a range
of grade levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
effectively liaison with students, families, and school staff.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
