Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have a broad background managing and leading department managers, including Maintenance, Reliability, Utilities, and Wastewater. This person must have an excellent technical background. Why join us? Competitive Compensation Package Excellent benefits package with free medical 4-5 weeks of PTO provided Annual bonus - 5% of total earnings Annual profit-sharing - 8% of total earnings Very stable company consistently growing Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of facility engineering, projects, maintenance operations, reliability engineering, utilities, and wastewater departments. Develop and manage annual CAPEX budgets for facility improvements and maintenance. Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Implement and enforce compliance with all EPA and OSHA policies and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Ensure adherence to food safety standards in all facility operations. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and procedures to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and implement facility improvements and enhancements. Continually assess and analyze facility operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering and maintenance management in the Manufacturing industry. Professional certifications such as CMRP, CMRT, or CRE are strongly preferred. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading and managing projects from conception to completion. Excellent management and leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team of engineers and maintenance staff. Strong knowledge and understanding of CAPEX budgets and financial management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences. Strong knowledge and understanding of EPA and OSHA policies and regulations. Knowledge and understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
