In this hands-on role, you’ll operate CNC machinery to produce high-precision torque converter components. Ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a strong attention to detail, this is your chance to grow in a stable and career-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce torque converter components Perform secondary machine operations such as welding and hardening Conduct quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges Follow work instructions and maintain safety and production standards Maneuver tools and materials, including lifting/moving parts up to 40 lbs Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience operating CNC or other manufacturing machines Mechanically and technically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot Proficient with measurement tools and interpreting basic instructions Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours and work overtime as needed Benefits and Perks Pay Rate: $24.35 per hour Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit or Pay Card Referral Bonus Program and Advancement Opportunities Your New Organization Be a part of a reputable and growing manufacturer in Wooster, OH, producing essential components for the automotive industry.
