Solutions is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician for our
client. This role is responsible for performing scheduled
preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility
systems, inspecting and servicing mechanical, electrical,
pneumatic, and hydraulic components, supporting minor repairs,
maintaining maintenance records, ensuring compliance with safety,
quality, and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with
production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
and plant performance. What’s a Typical Day Like? The Preventative
Maintenance (PM) Technician is responsible for ensuring the
continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and
facility systems through scheduled maintenance and proactive repair
activities. This role focuses on preventing equipment downtime,
extending asset life, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
The PM Technician inspects, services, and repairs mechanical,
electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, while maintaining
detailed maintenance records and supporting process improvements.
Working closely with production and engineering teams, the
technician helps optimize equipment reliability and overall plant
performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform
preventative maintenance in accordance with local, corporate and
FDA requirements. Review preventative maintenance procedures to
ensure measures are timely accurate and support the overall
reliability of the equipment and submit suggestions to the
supervisor for any needed changes. Support the Maintenance
Department with minor repairs resulting from preventative
inspections to support overall reliability. Must Engage others,
promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety
initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. for production
equipment for personnel safety hazards. This position is required
to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws,
regulations and standards, good business practices and company
documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards,
government occupational health and environmental regulations and
statutes related to the site). Perform other duties as assigned by

the Requirements of the Job? Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
General mechanical skills working with industrial machinery Basic
understanding of electrical circuits Basic understanding of
pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic
schematics. Personal computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Excel,
Word and Outlook Good team working skills Good time management
Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to move or lift
up to 50 lbs. Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend,
twist, squat, climb, kneel. Ability to utilize hand/eye
coordination. Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
