Job Description We strive to provide our clients with high-precision injection molding machines and exceptional, hands-on service. As a Service Technician, you’ll provide technical support for our clients and assist with our Sales Team's projects, including but not limited to machine installations, improvement of current client projects, and development of new projects. Looking for experienced technicians with at least 3–5 years working in the plastic and mold industry. What You'll Do Travel 50–80% across the country Provide technical assistance to customers and sales teams Support business growth initiatives through product design, evaluation, and qualification activities Perform machine installations, start-ups, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades Provide technical training to customers, field sales agents, and internal personnel Assist in maintaining product reference lists for field and internal use Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects relating to injection molding machines at customer sites Assist in trials and troubleshooting Perform machine installation, start-up, repair, maintenance, and upgrades Manage CRM system and service-related data entry into MS Dynamics 365 Perform hands-on service work at customer sites and conduct training sessions (client and in-house) Serve as liaison between the USA team and international OEM locations (China, Europe, and India) Contribute to machine manuals and improvements Assist in overseeing and managing inventory and spare parts business Manage showroom activities, including customer presentations Handle purchasing and selling of spare parts and promote existing and newly developed technologies What You'll Bring 3 years of experience in the injection molding industry (preferably in technical service or field service) Knowledge of the plastics industry Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (vehicle use with compensation) Strong oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, preferably including Dynamics 365 Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer.
