Our team is seeking Tree Climbers to support our preservation-first
approach to professional tree care. This full-time, year-round role

Monday–Friday full-time positions - Paid time off (PTO) - Medical,

hourly Responsibilities: - Inspect, maintain, and properly use
climbing gear, tools, and equipment - Perform professional tree
climbing, pruning, and preservation work according to company
standards - Communicate job progress and site conditions clearly
with crew leadership - Support crew leaders and ground staff to
ensure safe, efficient job execution - Contribute to a clean,
organized, and professional jobsite Qualifications: - Proficiency
in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques - Reliable,
team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic - Valid driver’s
license - 18 months of professional arboriculture experience -
Demonstrated tree climbing experience (12 months preferred) About
