Responsibilities:

*** Select, develop, and retain capable team members.

*** Formulate engineering, manufacturing and commissioning policies, forecast manpower and facilities requirements, maintain inventory control, develop production time and quality standards.

*** Establish current future goals and metrics.

*** Develop and implement operations best practices using LEAN and continuous improvement tools and concepts.

*** Enhance the company's reputation and strategic position by developing key relationships with existing and potential customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Qualifications:

*** Proven track record of successfully expanding into new industries.

*** Masters of Business Administration or equivalent.

*** 5+ years experience as an operations executive for machine manufacturer.
