Family Practice - Sports Medicine Physician

Job Description:

2 practice locations currently open:
- Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site.
- Traditional Family Medicine practice: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
On call 3-4 days per month
10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the organization
2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
Lab onsite
X-ray onsite
EMR - EPIC
Open to upcoming 2025 graduates
