Job Description:
Seeking an experienced nurse proficient in independent clinical
practice and patient care management.
Provides routine and complex nursing care, utilizing the nursing
process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and
evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs; administers medications and treatments per protocols;
documents care accurately.
Educates patients and families; delegates tasks appropriately;
ensures patient safety and quality care in compliance with
regulations.
Utilizes critical thinking, manages patient flow, plans unit
operations, and maintains equipment and documentation
standards.
Requires BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and
additional certifications based on experience. Work schedule is
7PM-7AM, full-time.
