Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Shift Information: Nights 7p - 7:30a Experience Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience - Must be proficient in reading Telemetry (a competency test will be conducted on Day One; failure to pass will result in termination) Job Description: Important Note: Unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler from within the last 9 months, the only available start date is July 21st. The Registered Nurse (RN) will primarily be assigned to the 4 South Cardiac Unit, with occasional floating to various Med-Surg units, including but not limited to Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders. - Schedule: 36 hours per week - Shift: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Call Requirement: None Required Certifications: - Active BLS and ACLS certifications EMR Requirement: - Current Epic EMR proficiency is required - Please note: Refresher courses or one-on-one Epic training will not be provided. Candidates who do not meet this requirement or who misrepresent their Epic proficiency will be terminated.
