Job Requirements - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum 2
year of experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing - Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality
nursing care to patients in this Med/Surg Tele unit - Monitor and
assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions -
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient
outcomes - Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
