Perspectives Counseling Centers, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LPC or LMFT) to join our team in Troy, MI. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field * Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT or LMSW) in the state of Michigan * Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services * Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. The salary for this role will range from$58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
