recent experience in Interventional Rad Tech Radiology Current BLS
(and ACLS or specialty certifications as required) EMR experience

(MM/YYYY) Two current clinical references Physicial and TB test
within 12 months Titers or vaccinations for MMR, Hep B, Varicella,
Tdap, and flu Fit test within 12 months Able to pass background
