Job Description:
Job Description Coverage Needed: - ASAP - ongoing - Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours/week) - Provider must
be available full time for 4 ten-hour shifts weekly Clinical
Details: - Practice Setting: Hospital-based - Documentation
System/EMR: Epic - Supervision Model: ACT Care-Team model;
anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key
intervals during cases - Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day:
60 total - Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center -
Operating Room Staff: Collegial team environment - Number of
Operating Rooms: 25 - Patient Age Demographics: Few pediatric
cases; primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients -
Required Procedures: - General surgical cases (adult and pediatric)
- MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP lab - IV regional anesthesia - Spinal
anesthesia - Neurosurgical cases - Ventilation management -
Arterial and central line placement Requirements: - Board Certified
CRNA - Active MI license - Clean Background - BLS, ACLS, PALS -
Must have at least 1 year of level 1 trauma experience and must be
listed out on CV clearly - Local Providers - Highly preferred - No
new graduates - Must be available Monday-Friday
