Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An educational
setting in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dedicated Occupational
Therapist to provide specialized support for K-12 students for the
remainder of the current semester, with the possibility of
extending into the next school year. This onsite contract role
offers the opportunity to work directly within classrooms to
address student needs and aid their academic and developmental
progress. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations
and develop individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to
K-12 students. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and
school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the students
daily routines. Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focusing on fine
motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and
therapy interventions in compliance with school policies.
Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and modify
treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational
Therapist in the state of Michigan is required. Previous experience
working with children in a school setting strongly preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students,
families, and school personnel. Commitment to onsite work for full
engagement in the school environment. Location: Position is based
onsite at a K-12 school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role offers a
