Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Registered Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN license in the State of Ohio Certifications: Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association Must-Have: Licensed Registered Nurse Active BLS from the American Heart Association Description: Plans for, delivers, documents, and evaluates nursing care of patients in correctional health care. Care is provided in terms of individual needs according to provider's orders. All care must conform to approved and recognized nursing standards. Inmates/patients may range from 1,300 to 2,000 residents. Ability to walk and stand for long periods is required. Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance is necessary.
