CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist Specialty: CT
Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Hours
per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of one year of Acute Clinical
Radiography preferred License: Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as
required by State Certifications: Current BCLS (AHA) Must-Have:
Effective July 1, 2017, appropriate national certifications in two
modalities required Description: Performs Diagnostic Radiographic,
Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultra Sound, or Special
Procedures according to department protocols. Functions as the
first line interface with customers and successfully accomplishes
their imaging needs. Participates in Performance Improvement and
Quality Control activities. Assists in maintaining the Performance
Improvement Program. Oversees the radiology area and/or staff in
the absence of the Manager or Director. Maintains department
supplies and promotes teamwork and good customer service. Schedules
for assigned sub-departments and maintains supplies and equipment
for those areas. Responsible for processing and transmission of
images to PACS. Familiarity with State and Federal regulations is
required. Must possess proficient computer skills. Graduate of a
program accredited by JRCERT is necessary. Requirements Required
