Sylvania is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide
compassionate care in our Assisted Living community. If you’re

What You’ll Do Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in
Assisted Living Safely administer medications and treatments with
accuracy Monitor resident health and promptly report changes to RNs
and physicians Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families
on individualized care plans Ensure a safe, supportive, and
home-like environment for residents Build meaningful, trusting
relationships with residents and their families Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
CPR certification required Prior experience in Assisted Living,
long-term care, or senior care preferred Strong clinical skills and
critical thinking ability Compassionate, dependable, and
team-focused personality Excellent communication and
