caring and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) who wants to be

individuals with disabilities. Opening: Registered Respiratory
Therapist (RT) - New Grads Welcome! Location: Nestled in northern
Portage County, between Cleveland and Akron, is the Hattie Larlham
Center for Children with Disabilities, a long-term residential
facility that provides medical services for 124 children and adults
with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Schedule:
Full-Time, 6:30pm - 7:00am, every other weekend required. Rewards
and Benefits: $38.12 per hour starting rate for new grads plus

Turnpike. Requirements & Qualifications: Registered Respiratory
Therapist (RRT) by NBRC. Current Ohio state license of active
status and without disciplinary action. Associate or bachelor's
degree in respiratory therapy from an AMA-approved school. BCLS
certification – free training / recertification provided.
Experience in chronic care and ventilators, and knowledge of
intellectual and developmental disabilities, preferred.
Responsibilities and Daily Duties: Provide high quality respiratory
therapy services for children and adults with intellectual and
developmental disabilities. Manage acute and chronic respiratory
problems. Maintain appropriate documentation and communicating
effectively. Work as a team to ensure high quality health services
to each person served. Assist with training / mentoring of new
Respiratory Therapist staff as assigned. Complete checklists,
incident reports, data collection, monthly summaries. Demonstrate
respect, trust, and confidentiality regarding persons served,
families, and co-workers. Other related duties as requested by the
