nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, Ohio. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN
- Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary (List
Format): - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Unit: 4 South
Cardiac - Float Requirement: Will occasionally float to other
Med-Surg units (Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory,
Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.) - Schedule: 36 hours per
week, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) - Weekend Requirement: Every
other weekend - Call Requirement: None - Certifications Required:
Active BLS and ACLS - Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of
current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience (must be able
to read Telemetry; will be competency tested on day one) - EMR
Requirement: Proficient in Epic EMR (no refresher or 1:1 training
provided; must be documented and will be tested) - Specialty: Adult
Med-Surg/Telemetry - Start Date: Only December 15th - Termination
Policy: Will be terminated if unable to pass Telemetry competency
or if not Epic proficient Reliant Staffing Partners Job ID 4719.
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week
(subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be
