Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Responsible Pharmacist with Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Direct pharmacy operations. Lead collaboration in the development and optimization of the hospital’s 340B program. Collaborate with medical staff and administration to improve medication access and cost-efficiency. Provide leadership and collaboration with pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Maintain inventory control while overseeing purchasing activities and ensuring contract compliance. Develop and enforce policies and procedures aligned with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Education: PharmD- preferred Ohio Pharmacist license: Active in good standing. Hospital pharmacy experience 3-5 years with experience in a leadership role. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the 340B program or commitment to learn Exposure to rural healthcare dynamics. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with EMR systems and pharmacy automation tools, including automated dispensing systems . Desire to train and mentor staff in compliance and best practices.
