it. Nocturnist Opportunity – Blanchard Valley Hospital Core
Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Nocturnist
position at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, OH. This is an
exceptional opportunity to join a well-supported, high-quality
hospital medicine program within a top-performing regional health
system. *Visa Sponsorship Available* Hospital & Program Details -
Hospital Size: 150-bed hospital with 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU -
Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center - Average Daily Census: 14–15
± 2 - ICU: Open ICU with a dedicated ICU team available daily -
EMR: Cerner Team Structure - 5 Daytime Hospitalists - 1 Dedicated
Nocturnist - 3 APPs (2 Daytime 1 Swing APP) Schedule & Workload -
Shifts: 12-hour blocks (7A–7P & 7P–7A) - Nocturnist Schedule: 7-on
/ 7-off, 7P–7A - Night Admissions: 7–10 Procedures - Required, with
training provided - Intubations - Central Lines - Ventilator
Management Employment Model - W-2 with full benefits Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine - Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio About Blanchard
