expertise in operating room procedures, ready to support surgical
teams at a major metropolitan medical center in Cleveland, OH. The
position offers a contract assignment with flexibility to work
across two distinct operating room settings. Location Overview
Situated in Cleveland, Ohio, this medical center features a main
operating room with 26 rooms functioning as a Level One Trauma
center alongside a secondary 7-room mixed inpatient/outpatient
unit. The primary assignment will be in the smaller 7-room unit
with occasional floating to the larger main OR when needed.
Cleveland is a vibrant city known for its cultural landmarks,
excellent dining, and lakeside recreational opportunities. Key
Responsibilities Scrub and assist in surgical procedures with an
emphasis on maintaining sterile technique and patient safety
Operate and support robotic surgery systems, specifically Da Vinci
XI Circulate and scrub in complex cases including posterior eye
surgeries and eye trauma Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to ensure smooth operation flow and patient care quality Adapt to
the dynamic needs of both the main OR and the inpatient/outpatient
unit as staffing and case demands fluctuate Qualifications and
Desired Experience Current Registered Nurse license with OR nursing
experience Proficiency in scrubbing surgical cases, with mandatory
experience using Da Vinci XI robotic systems Additional expertise
in posterior eye surgery and eye trauma is strongly preferred
Flexibility to float between operating room units based on patient
volume and staffing requirements This contract role is ideal for a
skilled RN seeking hands-on experience in a high-volume, Level One
Trauma center environment while contributing specialized surgical
