Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,357 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day / Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30; 19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel. License: Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS cert required. Must-Have: - 18 months of recent step down experience; travel experience accepted. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate must be completed during orientation with an acceptable score required. - Must work at least every other holiday. Description: This is a step down unit position. The role involves providing care for patients post-surgery in a thoracic surgical step down environment. There is potential to float to other units to care for the same patient population. Shifts may be variable as needed to meet operational requirements. Candidates must have active certifications with nothing pending. References from supervisory roles in the specialty applying for are required for submission. Candidates with any open background cases will not be accepted. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily.
