Hogan1 is seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our team of professionals in the Transportation and Logistics department. Our drivers are critical to our success, helping us continue to lead the pack in innovative transportation solutions. As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will handle critical delivery operations and be the face of Hogan1 to our customers on your routes. Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck over scheduled routes to deliver goods to customers. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Document and log work/rest periods, miles spent driving, and retain fuel/toll receipts. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Collect and verify delivery instructions from dispatch. Report defects, accidents, or violations encountered on the route. Proven work experience as a truck driver. Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc). Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc). Strong time management and customer service skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid truck driving license (Class A CDL). Must have a clean driving record. Endorsements for Hazardous Materials are a plus.
