Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter: About the Company: A local manufacturing company is looking for an experienced HR Specialist/Recruiter with diverse knowledge. Responsibilities of the HR Specialist/Recruiter: Process applications Contacting and conducting preliminary interviews with applicants Scheduling follow-up interviews with appropriate manager Onboarding documentation Assist with new hire orientation Process fingerprints for background checks Complete duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director and/or Human Resources Manager Preferred Qualifications of the HR Specialist/Recruiter: Associate degree or higher 3-5 years of experience in recruiting Strong computer skills Ability to manage time efficiently Must be able to maintain sensitive and confidential information The Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter role is fully onsite in Medina, OH with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
