Pay: $400 to $600 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8
hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00/Hourly. Shift: REMOTE (Monday
through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm) Summary: A Support
Center Analyst provides technical assistance and support to end
users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and
network-related issues. They act as the first point of contact for
IT-related concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain
business continuity. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of
contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the
ticketing system. Provide remote or in-person technical support to
users. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops,
printers, and software. Escalate complex issues to higher-level
support teams when required. Requirements Requirements: Associates
degree in IT systems. Stable internet connection. IT service desk
experience, Comp Tia certification training, ITL training. Benefits
