Job Description:
We are hiring Python Engineers to support a growing AI &
Automation engineering team within a large banking environment.
This role is ideal for developers, who are strong in Python and
eager to learn modern AI, cloud, and automation technologies on the
job. You will work alongside senior AI engineers on real-world,
production systems, gaining hands?on exposure to AI-enabled
workflows, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering
practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Python Development Write clean,
well-structured Python code to support backend services and AI
workflows. Assist in building APIs, scripts, and services used by
AI and automation platforms. Debug, test, and enhance existing
Python codebases. 2. AI & Automation Support Support development of
AI-enabled applications. Assist with data preparation, workflow
orchestration, and system integration. Learn and contribute to AI
pipelines, including LLM-based workflows and automation tools. 3.
Cloud & Platform Exposure Work with AWS-based environments under
guidance from senior engineers. Assist with deployment, monitoring,
and basic operational tasks. Learn cloud-native development and
DevOps fundamentals. 4. Software Engineering Best Practices Follow
coding standards, documentation, and version control practices.
Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies. Write unit tests
and support quality assurance activities. 5. Collaboration &
Learning Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and
product partners. Actively learn new tools, frameworks, and
engineering practices. Contribute ideas and continuously improve
technical skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
practical experience). Strong foundation in Python programming.
Understanding of: Data structures and algorithms Object-oriented
programming Basic software engineering concepts Familiarity with
Git or other version control systems. Willingness to learn cloud,
AI, and enterprise technologies. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving
and analytical mindset. Eagerness to learn and grow in a
fast-moving technology space. Good communication and teamwork
skills. Attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
