Hogan1 is seeking a dependable and organized CDL A Truck Driver to join our thriving team. This role involves operating heavy trucks and managing routes effectively to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods across various destinations. Operate a tractor-trailer or heavy truck to conduct deliveries across assigned routes. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance as predefined. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules in line with Hogan1’s standards. Document and log work/rest periods, mileage, fuel consumption, and retain fuel/toll receipts as per state and federal regulations. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures. Report defects, accidents, or violations and ensure proper handling and reporting of cargo. Ensure safely loading and unloading of cargo, maintaining its integrity and condition. Strong driving record with proficiency in driving heavy vehicles. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Proficiency in using GPS systems and electronic logging devices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) professionally. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A). Must have passed a DOT physical examination and have a clean drug screen record. Endorsements for Hazmat and Tanker are desirable but not mandatory.
