Design efficient load plans to maximize truck capacity and minimize shipping costs. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading and timely departures. Utilize transportation management systems to create optimal routes and schedules. Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to align transportation plans with customer requirements. Analyze and report on transportation metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies. Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines Experience in route planning and freight optimization Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) (preferred)
