In addition, the Physical Therapist communicates and collaborates with other caregivers to provide quality care and maintains accurate patient records.Responsibilities - - -

• Performs physical therapy evaluation and established and implements treatments plan for patient referred by a physician and assigned by the clinical coordinator or manager.
• Ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalismRequirements/Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
