• Be an "Advocate of Empathy" by creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Discover residents' interests and abilities; collaborate to create engagement plans.
• Manage the environment to set the stage for a successful day, from preparing dining rooms to setting up for events.
• Partner with residents to support their daily routines from waking to sleeping.
• Document resident care and condition changes accurately.
• Assist with orientation of new team members in memory care neighborhoods.Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
  • Computer skills for documentation.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
