Marketing & Communications Coordinator Are you a creative storyteller with a strategic mindset and a passion for community engagement? We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to bring energy, innovation, and focus to our marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen sponsor relationships, design compelling visual content, manage digital platforms, and help shape unforgettable events-all with the mission of advancing the company industry. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that works closely with leadership and key stakeholders to elevate our brand, grow member engagement, and expand the visibility of our initiatives across the state. What You'll Do Marketing & Communications Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote programs, events, and member services Lead multi-channel marketing efforts-digital, print, email, and social media Coordinate newsletters, campaigns, and digital communications to increase engagement Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future efforts Sponsorship & Member Engagement Build and nurture relationships with sponsors and partners to support events and initiatives Design sponsorship packages that align with both organizational goals and partner value Ensure smooth fulfillment of sponsor agreements and maximize visibility at events Graphic Design & Branding Create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials for events, social media, and campaigns Design print and digital assets such as signage, promotional flyers, banners, and email templates Website & Digital Management Oversee updates and maintenance of the customer-facing website (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus) Manage SEO, Google Analytics, and digital performance metrics Develop a working knowledge of iMIS and support the integration of the website and member database platforms Event Marketing & Support Design event branding and communications, including signage, programs, and digital materials Manage sponsor engagement and promotions leading up to and during major events Oversee the event app and website for the Annual Convention Travel and non-traditional hours required occasionally for on-site event support What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HigherLogic, Google Analytics Strong storytelling and communication skills-written and verbal A talent for building lasting relationships with sponsors, partners, and members Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and leadership potential Why Join Us?
