Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Develop a compressive Preventive Maintenance Program for each machine
--- Install/troubleshoot/repair/ maintain all equipment
--- Develop a Maintenance history for each machine (including parts used)
--- Must be able to diagnosis problems, including CNC, electrical and mechanical
--- Must be able to qualify on a forklift and scissor-lift.
--- Work whatever hours are necessary to get the job done. May include some nights and weekend work.
--- Must understand and follow all the company, State and OSHA safety rules in regard to working on machinery and equipment.
--- Utilize and execute continuous improvement through learning of lean knowledge within the company.
--- Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
--- Must have a valid Driver License.
--- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
--- Will be able to communicate effectively with all office and plant personnel.
--- High level of expertise working on CNC routers, Turret, Punch Press, Brake, and Shear.
--- Professional liaison with vendors and contractors.
--- Above average skills in Excel
--- Past management/leadership experience is helpful.
--- Lean experience preferred

Education
--- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Requirements
--- 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
