Franciscan Care Center is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our buildings and equipment. What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support the maintenance team
- Schedule and assign daily tasks, ensuring work is completed on time
- Maintain heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Oversee fire safety systems, life safety equipment, and regulatory compliance
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
- Coordinate security staff schedules and monitor daily operations
- Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- HVAC certification, trade school, or related degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
