Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations.- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols for electrical systems and equipment.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues and malfunctions in a timely manner.- Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures during all maintenance tasks.- Collaborate with maintenance manager, providing constructive feedback and lead electrical training to team as needed.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.- Manage inventory of electrical spare parts and tools to ensure availability for maintenance work.- Recommend and implement improvements to electrical systems and processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.- Prepare reports and documentation for management, highlighting key maintenance metrics and performance indicators.- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and optimize resource allocation within the electrical maintenance team.PM25 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time PI6ca80537ee89-25660-37727461
