1300, Columbus, OH 43215. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic
individuals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be
responsible for reaching out to potential customers, reviewing
insurance product options and connecting them with our licensed
agents. What You’ll Do Outbound Calling: Make 200 outbound calls
daily to introduce products and services. Customer Engagement :
Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential
customers effectively. Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your
understanding of our offerings to expertly address customer
inquiries and provide tailored solutions. Quote Generation &
Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to
drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads. Quota
Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring
high-quality, positive interactions with customers. What We’re
Looking For High-Volume Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound
sales, telemarketing, or call centers. Metrics-Driven: Proven
success in exceeding performance targets. Team Player: Work
independently while collaborating with sales teams. Customer
Engagement: Build rapport, handle objections, and persuade
prospects to proceed with a quote. Resilience & Adaptability:
Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling
objections and rejections. What We Offer Uncapped Commission:
$16-$17/hour plus generous commission. Top performers earn $60K
