Manager Status Non-Exempt Department: Retail Services Reports To:
Retail Services Primary Purpose of the JOB: This position will
coach and create accountability for the team while also playing an
individual role in contributing to the sales and operations of the
branch. In addition, this position will promote, mentor, and coach
staff on meeting and exceeding sales and service goals. Essential
DUTIES: Perform accurate transaction processing within established
guidelines, policies, and procedures for all customer transactions,
while maintaining an acceptable cash balancing record Enhance the
financial lives of our customers by identifying their short and
long-term goals and assisting them to achieve these goals, through
active listening and confidently recommending appropriate products
and services utilizing a consultative approach. Demonstrate problem
solving, decision making and judgment by gathering and applying
relevant data to research and resolve issues. Protect the bank’s
assets by adhering to all security, confidentiality and compliance
polices Provide personalized solutions suited to the customer’s
financial situation. Open and close accounts, account servicing and
maintenance, routine bank transactions Process consumer loan
applications and prepare loan documentation for approved loans
Strong working knowledge of all bank products and services in order
to effectively sell, as well as cross sell when appropriate Perform
supervisory duties, including but not limited to scheduling,
training, coaching and counseling, cash controls and
audit/compliances functionality. Actively engage in communication
with supervisor through coaching and professional development
Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues by
working with customers and management to identify mutually
beneficial solutions. Exercise appropriate leadership skills
through consistent and objective oversight and motivation of staff,
while being actively engaged in attaining branch goals/objectives.
Participate in sales/leadership activities within the branch
Creates and maintains a courteous and professional relationship
within the corporation, as well as the customers that we service,
while maintaining timely daily attendance Other DUTIES: Other
duties as assigned Required participation and Experience: High
School Diploma or equivalency (GED) 2 years related job experience
Minimum one year cash handling experience Active and compliant NMLS
registration additional position requirements: Demonstrate
proficiency with technology and software and ability to operate
standard office equipment for extended periods of time. Operational
excellence and internal/operational audit responsibilities This
work involves standing most of the time with brief periods of
walking or sitting and may occasionally require lifting and/or
moving up to 25 pounds. Exposed to potentially hazardous
conditions, such as robbery. Receives detailed instructions and
procedures to be followed on an annual basis to minimize risk.

Responsible for shipping and receiving cash shipments; maintain
branch cash controls Ability to travel to branch locations when
