Job Description:
Accounting Manager Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on

Accounting Manager: Supervise and mentor accounting staff,
including AP/AR and staff accountants Coordinate daily operations
and ensure timely month-end and year-end closes Prepare and review
monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages Manage
general ledger, accruals, and account reconciliations Oversee and
review manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and
variance analysis Collaborate with operations on production costing
and budget tracking What We're Looking for in an Accounting
Manager: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA
or CMA a plus) Experience: 5 years in accounting, with at least 2
years in a supervisory role Industry Background: Manufacturing
accounting experience required Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar); advanced Excel skills Knowledge:
Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and internal
controls Location & Compensation: Location : On-site - Akron, Ohio
(Monday through Friday) Salary : $85,000 to $100,000 depending on
