Job Description:
Accounting Manager Salary : $90,000 to $110,000 depending on

of the Accounting Manager Manage daily accounting operations and
supervise AP/AR and general accounting staff Ensure timely and
accurate month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain and
reconcile the general ledger, accruals, and key balance sheet
accounts Oversee inventory valuation, cost accounting, and variance
analysis Partner with operations to improve cost controls and
production efficiencies Work closely with the executive team on
budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy Participate in
system improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization
What We're Looking For in an Accounting Manager Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
Experience: 5 years in accounting, with 2 years in a leadership
role Industry Background: Manufacturing industry experience is
required Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP,
Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel capabilities Career Ambition:
Strong desire to grow into a CFO-level leadership role Location &
Compensation Work Setting : Hybrid - Based in Cleveland, Ohio with
flexibility for remote work Salary Range : $90,000 to $110,000
